Online->"Forget Online Passwords" menu item? Then, connect to
each of your accounts in turn. Hopefully, that will clear out the
problem.

disabling the account and then setting it up again but that didn't
work. I also tried to change the account from the setup popup but
that didn't work either. They both looked like they worked as I
went through the process but when I went to download, the User ID
field still gets populated with the old information.

batwelltag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/388824302016-01-10T17:40:59Z2016-01-10T17:40:59Z2 userids at same bank

Hi batwell,

Try this...

Disable the two accounts for Online Banking.
Do the Set Up routine and use the 'New Connection' button for each
account (even though your financial institution is already listed
in the drop-down list).
Make sure that you first access the register for the account in
question when running the Set Up Online Banking routine.

After the accounts are set up.
Go to File > Passwords.
Fill in the resulting form.
Checkmark the options to set a master password and store online
passwords in file.

On your next download, Moneydance may or may not require that
you enter the appropriate credentials for each account but going
forward Moneydance should remember each one.

The one caveat is that you will now be prompted to enter the
master password each time that you open Moneydance.

DO NOT FORGET THE MASTER PASSWORD is it not retrievable.
