To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance, where the version and build number will be displayed.</p>
<p>Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer/s?</p>
<p>When you download from the banks site, which file format do you use?<br>
Are you following the steps outlined in <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/manual-downloads">this article</a> of the Knowledge Base?</p>
<p>Do you see the same error if you download your data from the bank's website using an <strong>external</strong> browser?</p>

<p>Selected "Quicken", File format apparently .qfx when downloaded outside of MD.</p>
<p>Importing the downloaded file outside of MD completed without error reports.</p>

Which I did, and chose remember also. Not sure if that would have an impact on the above error message, I didn't get prompted in that manner to select an account when downloading via MD internal browser.</p></div>v+ik
