can't download correct online account
After updating to build 4040 3 days ago I had to re-enter the account information for my credit card accounts. One synced and is downloading fine, but another (CITI bank) will not sync with CITI. Instead it wants to download the information from my other credit card account (Chase). I have tried to "change" the account information, and it goes through the whole set-up process, but then still shows and wants to download the Chase account. I have tried to "disable" and re-enter information, but it does the same thing. I have tried to "refresh" but this makes no difference. I'm not sure what to try next. Please advise.

After I downloaded and installed the latest version of Moneydance (2022 4040)
I am unable to download any of my 3 accounts transactions -
If click on Online - Download all accounts - It does nothing except displaying the message - "Their are no accounts to downloaded"

Yes, I had the same. I had to re-enter the info. Some worked, but one still doesn’t.

Have you looked at the new Menu, Online, Match Online Accounts to see if that can help you?

Yes, unfortunately it doesn’t populate or save the right information.
