uploading data from PayPal

I had some transactions in PP from 2020. I could not import the 2021 data so I thought it might be in need of an update on the s/w. WRONG! After I did that, all the PP data disappeared and I still cannot import the 2021 data. What is wrong? I am sending you a copy of the January 2021 statement.

   Hi Sherry,
   Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

   You could download and install the PayPal Importer extension, available via Extensions-> Manage Extensions. This only works with PayPal Premier or PayPal Business accounts and it won't allow downloads for regular PayPal accounts.

   I believe that PayPal allow you to download transactions in the QIF format. So, you can follow the steps in this article to manually import the QIF file.

   Finally, the statement attached in pdf format. This format is not supported for importing data in Moneydance.
