Sending payments with Chase

I keep trying to send a payment using my chase account. I get a invalid send on date and then the program hangs when I hit ok. I have tried numerous payees, with various payment dates (the payment dates are a couple weeks at least away) and one time saw an error about java script error. The account is a chase account. I can't send an online payment for some reason. Please advise what to do.

    I should also add that when I say the program hangs, when I hit the ok box with the error in it, the box goes blank but is still there. eventually I have to close the program and go back in to do anything else.
