Online Banking account errors
Hello,
I recently purchased your product and I'm trying to add my online banking accounts, however I'm having two issues. First, my main banking accounts are with Chase and when I try add them, I get an error message indicating the following: "USER NOT AUTHORIZED TO ACCESS THE SYSTEM WITH THIS APPLICATION". Additionally, my secondary banking accounts are with Charles Schwab and I successfully imported them, however, the balances are incorrect. Please advise.

Hello,
On the first issue, it sounds like you haven't asked Chase to activate your account for direct connections yet. I believe you can do this online at https://www.chase.com/business-banking/online-banking/download-acco...
On the second issue, do all of the transactions appear to be correct, but just the balances are off? If so, you may need to enter in an initial balance for these accounts, which is the value of the account before the first transaction that you have entered. You can do this by clicking on the account where it is listed in the left sidebar, and going to Account -> Edit Account from the menu bar.
