Online banking

Hello,
The financial institution that I use is in your list of banks that support direct connect.

I have setup online banking and MoneyDance recognized the bank and my account, but when I go to Online->download accountName transactions, nothing happens. No error message, nothing occurs. Is there away to tell what is wrong?

    What version of MD are you using?
    What OS?

    Which bank are you trying to download.

    Just a user - not MD support.

    MD is 2022.1 (4058).
    Window 10 19043.1288

    The bank is in the https://infinitekind.com/fi list.

    Go to Help/Console. Keep console open. Try the download again. Review the console log for errors?

    I re-tried the download but unfortunately nothing is written to the console log.

    First, upgrade to version 4060. There were a couple of nasty OFX bugs that prevented the setup of OFX downloads. If that fixes the issue we are done.

    If not, the reason I asked for the bank is there are a few banks in the list that have either recently stopped OFX direct downloads, or do not perform well, which is why Moneydance+ is being implemented. I understand you may not want to disclose the bank, but if the first paragraph doesn't work, knowing the bank would be the only way to diagnose further.

    I upgraded to 4060. Still does not download.

    The console log does not show updates when it's open. I cleared the console log, closed the console log window, online->downloaded, re-opened the console log. And this is what is in it:

    Moneydance+ access token info: (not the tokens themselves)

    Ok, after upgrading I re-did the online->setup online banking for this account and now I am able to download.

    Thanks for your help on this..

    Great to hear. I'm pretty sure you were bit by the OFX bug I mentioned, and yes, you'd have to do the setup again to fix it.
