MD+ Online Banking Is Messy

I got accounts with BECU, Key Bank, Bank of America. BECU has no issues. Key Bank and Bank of America do have issues. I constantly have to keep re-linking or re-connecting BofA accounts just to get the software to download transactions. Then it will also keep saying "downloaded 2 transactions" when nothing was downloaded. The "2" could be different. It varies.

Key Bank only required me to re-link once.

I'm also noticing that MD+ is randomly deciding when to offer "merge" option or not. Merging allowed transactions to be properly merged with data from the download. So if your memo section was blank, and you merged it with the transaction in the download, it used the data to fill in the blank. MD+ can't decide if it will offer "merge" or just mark cleared the half filled in transaction you inputted into the register. In the end, you spend more time correcting the errors and filling in blanks manually than you do anything else. Its not a good user experience by any means.

I don't like the fact they charge more now and the software is worse. Its caused me to start looking for different alternatives.

It’s auto merging when it finds cxnaction=1 in the record. This is a bug(ette). The developer said he will fix this.
