Moneydance+ and Wells Fargo 2FA
I connected Wells Fargo back through Plaid by disabling 2FA. Afterward, I reenabled 2FA using the option that excluded mobile devices. The connection worked for a couple days, but now I have to go through the process of reconnected by disabling 2FA. Is there a better solution that enables me to keep 2FA enabled? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, I don't have a solution. ...only piling on to your question. I too am having the same issue and looking for a solution. Anyone out there have any ideas?
I find it odd that it is easy to locate many cases where Wells Fargo talks about their "Wells Fargo and Plaid Sign Data Exchange Agreement", but nothing about how to make it work. No 2FA is a non-starter for me.
