<p>you don't need to uninstall MD 2022, but you might need Stuart's toolbox to "blow MD+ away", and probably the USAA profile you currently have as well, since it might point to MD+</p>

<p>If you have an existing USAA profile, you should delete it: Toolbox Options/Advanced Mode MENU: Online Banking (OFX) Tools Delete OFX Banking Service / Login Profile Choose the existing USAA profile to delete it.</p>
<p>You then “prime” a new USAA profile with the information you gathered above.</p>

I am using MD 2022.2 (4060). so after I was done with the toolbox I believe Stewart's instructions I believe Stewart's instructions were to go back into MD set up online banking, set up online banking where it where would ask me where it would asked me if I want MD+ or OFX. And I never get that question anymore. It takes me right to The dialog box that is labeled "set up MD+".</p>

<p>@Stuart, just a thought. I know you are helping them get USAA working by getting MD+ out of the way, so they can set up USAA with OFX again (given they've run the Toolbox fix).</p>
<p>What if they downloaded Moneydance 2021.1(3069) (last year's final version) from<br>

<p>and then opened up their datafile with that version? Datasets are compatible, so maybe they could then set up online banking ofx with their already fixed version of USAA, and MD+ wouldn't be in the way? (And if this could work, it wouldn't even matter if the 2021 version was a trial version.)</p>
<p>If so, then maybe they could go back to the new version where MD+ is still in the way, but OFX does win even there, and if OFX is now set up, it would still continue working?</p>
<p>Doesn't solve the MD+ is in the way and should be removed, but maybe the pressure to get USAA working would then be off the plate?</p>

<p>Obviously the Moneydance+ stuff got in the way.</p>
<p>You could probably upgrade back to 2022 now, but if everything is working ok (USAA specifically) I'd just let it alone.</p>
