Online bill payment never went through
We sent three online banking checks recently (we have sent hundreds without a hitch). All three of them were assigned check numbers by Moneydance. Two of the checks have cleared our bank and show PROCESSED in the OUTBOX of the ONLINE BILL PAYMENT menu but the third doesn't show up at all. Should't it have a WILL PROCESS if it is still in the queue? Is there any way to find out if the check was ever sent?
