I have been having this online error (see attachment) popping up ever since I tried to disconnect the connection to my Target Redcard account. Now there is a connection to a "no name" account and I can't seem to get rid of it.

    Hi Mark,

We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

When you are returned Error code: INVALID_ACCESS_TOKEN, it means that Moneydance + is trying to refresh but Plaid is saying there is a problem. You should navigate to the Online>Setup Moneydance + menu again and look in the connections list.
When you see "no name" listed, you should disconnect it.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Hi Maddy,
I tried to disconnect the “no name” account and then refresh, but it
    doesn’t go away.

    Have you tried rebooting Moneydance?

If you mean closing the program and re-opening, yes… several times. And
when I try to disconnect in “set up Moneydance+” I just get the error
    message again.

Can you try upgrading to the latest preview version, as this should hopefully fix the problem for you?
Moneydance 2022.3 (4063) is now available to download from this page.

For a full list of improvements in the preview version, please refer to this page.

I have the same problem. I updated to 2022.3. I rebooted my MacBook Pro.

Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies for the delay in responding to your query.

It seems that connecting via Plaid to Target Redcard will always force you to use MFA (code texted to your mobile device). After you do that successfully once, you must not use the same MFA method to log into the normal RedCard website afterwords, using your PC or mobile web browser. If you do this again, the problem will reoccur. The workaround is to tell RedCard login process that you don't have access to your SMS texts, and let it challenge you in another way (either security question or your physical card details). Target agrees this is a pretty bad experience and apparently they are working on revamping their site's login experience to not keep challenging with MFA on every login. None of that changes the process of using MD+ to connect, hopefully just makes it less prone to interference from the other processes.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.
