Bank of America
Hello,
I just purchased this app from the apple App Store for my Mac. It seemed like it would be a great app to start a family budget, but after downloading and trying to connect to my financial institution I saw that is no longer supports online banking from Bank of America. I specifically purchased Moneydance for the online banking aspect. I would like to request a refund since the app will not work for me.

Please note that if you purchased Moneydance from a third party site, such as the Mac App Store, you will have to go through the return process on that site to obtain a refund. We are only able to authorize refunds for purchases made directly from our website, as the billing and licensing databases are completely separate for third-party sites.
However if there is something specific you believe that I might be able to assist you with I am at your service. You are correct that Bank of America stopped offering new direct OFX connections some time ago, which Moneydance requires to connect directly with a bank. However, just to make sure you are aware, there are other options for downloading your transactions. One option is to use a web browser to download them from your bank's web site. You can download into QFX, OFX, OFC, or QIF files (sometimes referred to as Quicken or MS Money files), any of which will import cleanly into Moneydance.
Another option is our recently launched Moneydance+ service, which uses a third-party aggregator to connect to thousands of banks. This is an additional $2/month, has a free trial period, and can be cancelled at any time. To try this service, you'll probably first need to go through a refund from the App Store, as the version of Moneydance there does not include this function. You can then download the more up to date app from our website at http://infinitekind.com/downloads and purchase directly from us if you decide you want to keep using it.
