Charles Schwab
My accounts at Charles Schwab seemed to have stopped syncing in September 2021. I no longer see Charles Schwab as a financial institution in the list of choices under Online Banking. Are downloads from Charles Schwab no longer supported or is there another method I must use to include this information in my reports?

An yes I've seen you've done this (as I had done), but maybe one more go thru would help.

dtd - I appreciate your post, but I have no idea how to disable OFX. I only have 1 OFX connection and that is for a TD Ameritrade account and is working OK. Perhaps when I used the Toolbox to remove the OFX drivers, it left something behind. I will go back thru the Toolbox and see if I can find anything related to OFX and Schwab.
When I view OFX data using Toolbox I do see some Schwab references (see attachment) but the Bank Name is Moneydance+!
When I run Toolbox on my new file and open OFX, I get no hits for Schwab. So it sounds like I need to do more cleanup on my MD file using the Toolbox (after making a special backup!)

I've gone through the entire Advanced Mode in Toolbox, but cannot find how to clear the Schwab entries that show up when I view all OFX information.
I've attached one of the entries that I believe need to be cleared.
Technical help needed!
Do I need to re-add a Schwab OFX connection so I can then remove these entries?
Should I restore the MD file form before I removed the Schwab OFX entries using Toolbox and try that again?
HELP!

Probably as follows:
Toolbox. Advanced Mode
Online banking tools menu
Delete OFX Banking Service / Logon profile
and Cleanup banking links.
After that, if still problematic, I would need to see the output again

Stuart - when I go to Delete Online Banking Tools, I only see my TD
Ameritrade entries. I used this function a while ago to remove the Schwab
OFX links.
I did Cleanup Missing Online Banking Links earlier and it said it removed
2. Now it says "Found none". But I still see Schwab mentioned when I go
to View OFX.
I've attached the output of View OFX if that is of any help.

OK, so taking 'Fisher IRA' as an example, it's only configured in md+ (not OFX).
In fact only 'TD Ameritrade' has an OFX connection configured...
None of the 'ofx' keys in that log mean OFX is configured. They are reused values for md+
So, all I can suggest is that using md+ setup you disconnect each schwab account and then also disconnect the whole md+ connection (keep pressing refresh) until they all go from the md+ window.... Then toolbox cleanup banking links again. Then restart MD and start again.

IT WORKED!!!! This morning when I went into MD, I was prompted for a download start date and the two Schwab accounts I had configured in MD+ downloaded all their transactions for the past 6 1/2 months!!!
I'm guessing Sean fixed something in the Plaid interface so a big THANK YOU to him!
Now to verify these two accounts, then download my other 4 and reconcile 6 bank statements for the past 5 months!
WOW! Is this is great day!!!!

Thank you for having so much patience while we got this fixed! To be fair, it was the developers at Plaid who got things working with Schwab specifically. Anyway, please let us know if you ever encounter anything else that's amiss.

Sean - This was on an old post. Please see my other thread. Schwab is still not working.
