Moneydance duplicate downloads
I am not happy with Moneydance right now. I do regular downloads from my USAA accounts so I don't have to manually enter all transactions, and now I have to delete or merge duplicate downloads for EVERY transaction. Suggestions? Different financial software? Thanks Derek

If you do Direct connect or download OFX/QFX files in the normal course of events we would not expect duplicates. If however you are downloading QIF or CSV files we would.
OFX based data includes an unique transaction ID that is used to identify duplicates and prevent them, the other formats do not have this and thus cannot positively identify duplicate transactions.

In addition to the above general information, it would be helpful to know how you are getting your transactions into Moneydance, such as a manual download and which format, or one of the online connections, etc.
