Problem with Truist .qfx files

The .qfx files I download from my Truist checking account are not opening in Moneydance. Moneydance asks to link to the correct account (just like it did under SunTrust), but no transactions show up in the transactions list.

I think this is a simpler issue than others are having with Truist, so I'm starting a new discussion. All I want to do is download transactions. I do not intend to pay bills or conduct other bank business via Moneydance. Therefore I have not used Direct Connect.

When I did an online chat with the Truist help desk just now, they gave me a canned response to un-register my SunTrust Direct Connect link and re-register it with Truist, and then directed me to Quicken's support site. Clearly they missed my point.

Any hope of getting Truist's .qfx files to work? Am I missing something about how this is supposed to work?

Thanks

Feeling foolish here. Disregard my comment. I had my setting wrong.
