click download...enter credentials...loading loading loading and never opening the sight. Brings up what looks like the exact log in page on Chrome Opened Chrome enter info and it goes right into banking. Any help?

I'm a fellow user.
If you are clicking on the download button at the top of the transaction page you would be starting the internal browser. This is more of an Alpha level feature and it is known to not works with many banks.
You should use your system browser to login and download the transaction files. Holding down the CTRL/Command Button when clicking on the download button should start your system browser. Or you can use the menu option to Open the banks web site.

Hey thanks,
I thought Moneydance+ automatically downloaded the transactions once I
entered the id and password. I really don't want to manually download
them by login into the bank myself.
Im using Quicken and it downloads all the accounts when I open the program.

From your original post it sounds like you were trying to use Moneydance’s internal browser to manually download and then import into Moneydance, hence dwg advice to use you system browser.

When I click on Download All Accounts from the menu the bar on the
bottom of the page says "there are no accounts to be downloaded"
As you can see I have linked accounts setup with Moneydance+
So...why aren't these accounts downloading from the bank? Thanks again

just a user - you have to click on the "none" label to tie that account to the matching account within moneydance.
Yes, i missed it as well - I think MD should make it clearer that it is a button you need to click.

dtd has hit the nail on the head. You have set up all the accounts in plaid you want to download but you have yet to associate any of these to your accounts in Moneydance. This is indicated by the NONE following each plaid account name in the window in your screen shot. Click the NONE buttons in turn and from the window that appears select the associated account. Then you can go to each account register and click the DOWNLOAD button and follow the one time process to set an initial download date. Following which hopefully the download will work.
And yes the need to click the None button is not intuitive.

Guys! Can't use the online banking download option I am paying a monthly
fee for ALL this time!
I've tried everything. I have accounts with thousands of transactions. I
even went through and deleted the Mondeydance download duplicate
transactions 5 years back. Moneydance downloads duplicates whether I use
ofx or qfx!!
Anyway paying for something that SHOULD WORK VERY FRUSTRATED!!!
