Chase Error

I had this same error and followed the instructions per Ian to
remove online function and then re-enable them. It worked form the
standpoint that it downloaded from Chase but unfortunately, it
downloaded my checking transactions into my Chase CC.
Instead of deleting the new 936 transactions manually, how would I
restore the file to a previous save?

What version of Moneydance are you using? Also, do you make backups of your file manually at all?
