Target download issues
In my Target account, I have downloaded and confirmed transactions through 3/6/2022. I have more transactions on my account since then.
When I download transactions through MD+, it downloads 10 transactions dated from 2/6/2022 to 2/8/2022. These transactions are already in the register, so I delete them.
When I try again, it downloads the same 10 transactions. Rinse and repeat.
In the MD+ setup screen, it shows synced as of 2/8/2022, even though I'm syncing today.
Will updating the last txn date with the Toolbox help? Just want a little guidance before messing with that.

Hi Jeff,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
You could download and install Moneydance 2022.3 (4068) from this page first.
Then select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu and click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. If you select the Reset Sync Date entry, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.
Finally, you should navigate to the Network tab under Preferences and ensure the "Automatically Merge Downloaded Transactions" is selected.

Thanks for the quick response. I am using version 4068.
I reset the sync date and downloaded. When prompted, I selected Mar 1, 2021 by accident. I meant to select 2022. It downloaded 187 transactions from Mar 2, 2021 to Feb 8, 2022. Of course, all these transactions are already in the register, so I deleted them.
I tried a second time. Reset the date, downloaded and correctly selected Mar 1, 2022. It downloaded 0 transactions. I have 22 transactions on my account since then. Now, the popup menu doesn't list a Synced as of date nor the Reset Sync Date option.
Trying one more time, I selected download and did not get a popup to select the date to start. It downloaded everything available from Feb 16, 2020 to Feb 8, 2022, 371 transactions.
For some reason, it cannot download anything after Feb 8, 2022.

You could attempt to set the download start date using the "Toolbox".
This is available under Extensions->Manage Extensions.
Using this extension, you can set the start date for your download transactions.
You'll also be prompted to create a backup at multiple points when using the extension.
Once installed, choose Extensions > Toolbox.
Select "Toolbox Options" at the top left of the extension window, and enable "Advanced Mode".
Then select "Menu: Online Banking (OFX) tools" and pick "Update the OFX Last Txn Update Date (Downloaded) field for an account".
Select your account, then specify the date you'd like your transactions to download from.

That didn't help.
I disconnected Target in MD+ setup screen. When I tried to reconnect, webpage says Plaid is unable to connect and that they are working on restoring the connection.
Guess it's a Plaid issue.
