Chase credit cards

Hi,

I'm trying to download by credit card transactions from my Chase credit card. However when I set up my user name and PIN I get an error message stating that Moneydance is unable to connect with the financial institution. It's not clear whether Chase is preventing Moneydance from connecting or whether I'm missing relevant information. I can log on to my chase account and download the transaction information as a QFX file.
