I cannot download American Express transaction from Moneydance
I try to download Amex transactions into Moneydance for Mac. I get this message.
There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.
Bank Name: American Express
The error code reported by the server was: 2003
Account not found

If you see the 2003 error, this means 'Account not found'. This error is a response from the bank, advising you the banks server could not find the account you've specified.
Moneydance is now communicating with your banks server. So there is likely an issue with the details you've input. You should check the details you've entered are correct.
Another question: Are you using OFX or MD+ to connect?
