Changing credit card number's Avatar

Hi, we had to get new cards because of credit fraud and I'm having a hard time making the changes so I can download transactions. I keep deleting the old card number but it gives no space where I can add my new card #.

    Hello Johnny,

    Try these steps to disable and recreate a direct connection with new information:

    1) Open your bank account register by clicking on it in the left sidebar in Moneydance
    2) Select Online->Setup Online Banking from the menu bar
    3) Click the Disable button.
    4) Select Online->Setup Online Banking from the menu bar (again)
    5) Click the New Connection button and select your bank from the list of available institutions that pops up. Hit OK
    6) Continue with the setup process, entering your username/password
    7) Repeat steps 1-6 for any additional accounts from this bank

    Please let me know if you continue to have connection problems after recreating your connection.

    Hi, still can't get my old credit card number out of the system so I can't put in my new number.

    Could you check your account settings in Moneydance to make sure that your account and routing numbers are entered correctly? The information in the dropdown box from your screenshot comes directly from your bank. If you have your old card number still in your settings, it could be causing download problems.

    Hi. That was it. I had to log into my citibank account and delete the old card and the new card automatically popped up.

    Several days of frustration but appreciate all your help to get my account connected again!
