Can't sync with Citibank
This has been an ongoing issue for me. Today I learned that I may have to go onto Citi.com to my Profile/More and "add a desktop software" access. Moneydance 2019 was actually listed, but I hadn't used that in a long long time. So I followed the steps with the 10:00 timer, removed Citibank from Moneydance+, then reloaded that account into Moneydance+ gave it the credentials and it seemed to work! It pulled my Citibank account and said MD needs access to these accounts (listing the only one), I said OK, it did its thing and said it was connected. It was listed again in the Accounts in Moneydance+, I pointed to to my Costco Visa account, and tried downloading my data, and got the same error as before. I've tried this about 10 times now and I'm frustrated. Can you please help me connect the two? That account is THE only one that doesn't work.
