<p>We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.</p>
<p>When you are returned Error code: INVALID_ACCESS_TOKEN, it means that Moneydance + is trying to refresh but Plaid is saying there is a problem. You should navigate to the Online>Setup Moneydance + menu again and look in the connections list. When you see "no name" listed, you should disconnect it.</p>
<p>Also, you could try upgrading to the latest preview version, as this should hopefully fix the problem for you. Moneydance 2022.3 (4070) is now available to download from <a href="https://infinitekind.com/preview">this page</a>.</p>

Then try to select the Online->Setup Moneydance+ menu again, then click on an account (not the bank name) in the right column you should see a popup menu. If you select the <strong>Reset Sync Date entry</strong>, Moneydance will prompt you upon the next download to select how far back in time you'd like it to request transactions. How far back the transactions actually go is dependent upon the bank and/or their service provider, but Moneydance will request whatever date you specify.</p>
