Chase Southwest
Won't download. Keeps telling me there are Java errors with no way to fix them. Using 2014 Macintosh edition. Do I need to download 2015 edition?

Can you provide more information about the errors you are receiving? If possible, can you send me a screenshot? You can read instructions for taking a screenshot from here.
Could you also let me know the version and build of Moneydance you are running? To do this run Moneydance and select Help --> Console Window. Then, copy and paste the first line to this discussion, which should read -
Starting Moneydance Version ( Build )

Followed the instructions on the forum for deleting and reinstalling the
online banking for the Chase accounts and it worked fine.
