Sign in Online Banking
I am attempting to setup Online Banking with City Bank. I used it before in quicken with no sign in issues, but Other online issues which is why I am switching to Moneydance. I Get ID or password invalid. I know ID and password are correct because I have used them to login at website sucessfully

You can use
Command ⌘ instead of
Control ^ on Mac

I'm a fellow user.
Quicken supports two method for online transaction download, one is Called Direct Connect the other is callld Web Connect. Web Connect is proprietary and always uses you Internet banking username/password. I suspect this is what you have been using. Being proprietary this method is only for Quicken.
Direct connect is an open method and is what Moneydance supports in this space.

I have done everything as suggested in the above link and I still get
invalid ID or password.
I am using the same ID and password as the one I sign in with.Website shows
my bank (City Bank) is supported. I can't see what I am doing wrong
