MDP won't sync past certain date; now I have multiple MDP accounts
I've been having an issue whereby Moneydance+ won't sync Chase accounts after April 11, 2022. My account balances reflect my balance on April 11, 2022, but none of the transactions after that date (that have posted online) are syncing with MDP.
I've tried resetting the sync date multiple times, including downloading ""All Available", "starting on Apr 1, 2022", "starting on Apr 3, 2022", "starting on Apr 10, 2022". Each time, I get the message "Zero new transactions for {account name} after duplicates removed".
The log says "it took 0.001 seconds to eliminate 1 duplicates from 1 downloaded transactions".
I've tried setting the account to "Don't Download", restart the app, then reset the sync date again, with the same result.
I had tried unsubscribing to MDP and then resubscribing, but now I have multiple MDP accounts. When I try to download transactions, I'm given a prompt to select with MDP account to use, or to use online banking (see attached screenshot).
I'm on 2022.3 (4072) on an M1 Pro MacBook.

I have a similar problem. My Amazon Store Card refuses to download anything after 4/3/22 though my NCSECU accounts download fine. Every single account shows multiple MD+ choices if you download the individual account like cocobanderos screenshot shows. One account has 21 entries! It appears that back when there were problems with Plaid and we were required to detach and reattach or reconnect accounts that MD remembers it though I don't remember seeing it at least two versions ago. I am currently using v2022.3 (4072).

Thanks for letting us know about this issue!
I've reported the same to the development team. The developers will be looking into it and we will respond on this thread as soon as possible.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!

When this happens it could mean that a specific account is mapped in multiple Moneydance+ connections. It would be useful to see see which ones they are.
Please, can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing, when you navigate to Set Up Moneydance +->Accounts?
You can read instructions for taking a screenshot here:

Thank you

I think this is the screenshots you've asked for. The second one is for Scott's Checking.

I got NCSECU to sync again. I had to do what we started out with Plaid and disconnect and reconnect all the accounts. Of course, that means that each NCSECU account has another "Download from Moneydance+" entry. Tried disconnecting and connecting with Amazon Store Card and have the same problem I usually have, Plaid says it can't connect. I don't know whether the problem is in Moneydance, or Plaid with all of this.

Okay, when I shut down Moneydance and restarted, I could connect to Amazon Store Card again. Just not sure what to do with all the "Download from Moneydance+" entries. At some point, the list will be taller than the screen.

Can you try upgrading to the latest preview version, as this should hopefully fix the problem for you?
Moneydance 2022.3 (4073) is now available to download from this page.
For a full list of improvements in the preview version, please refer to this page.
Please keep us posted on your progress, Thank you!

In my case, I am only prompted to select a "Moneydance+" account when syncing an account for the first time. Once I select a Moneydance+ account from the dialog, the software seems to select that account for all future sync events.
Currently, I'm finding that my Chase accounts update later in the day than they used to (not sure why, but ok), so I haven't reset the sync date, and don't plan to (don't want to mess anything up right now, too much work to reset everything).
