Do you have connectivity to PenFed credit union? I cannot connect. The interface (Plaid) says connectivity is down and they are working to restoring it. But it has never been "up" for me (2 weeks).

    Same goes for me. Here's a taste of the error message I get:

    The account you've connected is being scanned and will be ready for download shortly. Please retry your download a bit later, or contact Moneydance support if it has been more than a few hours.

    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

    Upgrading to the latest preview version should hopefully fix the problem for you.
    Moneydance 2022.4 (4087) is now available to download from this page.
    You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version.

    Finally, navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.

    Updated to 2022.4 and not having any additional success with this bank. I disconnected and re-linked too. Unfortunately, When I tried to disconnect, instead of deleting PenFed, I get "no name" institution listed in addition to the reconnected PenFed. And now when I hit download, I get a drop down of two "sources," neither of which works.

    If you’ve disconnected and clicked refresh. Then try restarting MD. If that fails, try some toolbox magic. Install latest. Enable advanced mode. Online Banking tools menu. Force MD+ name cache & access tokens rebuild.

    If this fails, try disconnecting and restarting again.
