<p>Yes, we've unfortunately seen this with some banks. Moneydance+ can only display the information that is sent to it, and it seems like some banks only send generic data.</p>
<p>One option that seems to work for a few people is if your bank allows you to give a nickname to your accounts, usually through their website. Sometimes this information is then transmitted through Moneydance+</p>
<p>Without that, unfortunately the only thing we can recommend is downloading an account and seeing what comes through. One method some people use is to create a temporary fake account in Moneydance (Account -> New Account), choose one account to download to there, see what's in it, then disconnect that account, and associate it with the correct account.</p>
<p>Sorry this is complicated; we haven't figured out anything else that we can do with limited data. On the plus side, this should be a one-time setup process.</p>
