How much does it cost to upgrade and is there a annual fee?

   I'm a fellow user.

   If you purchase the software directly you get a free upgrade to the next major release, after that you can purchase an upgrade at a 50% discount on the current price.

   Third party sites have their own policies.

   There are no annual fees and Moneydance does not force upgrades.
