MD+
Is it possible have MD+ account display the account number of the linked account when it lists them in the Online-->Setup Moneydance+ screen? it currently lists only the type of the account e.g., "Investor Checking"without any indication as to which "investor Checking" account if you have more than one.

Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.
If you are using Moneydance + then this is not unusual since as a security measure account numbers are not made visible, a fundamental need for fraud activity is an account number. With many banks the way around this problem is to assign nicknames to your accounts through the bank's online banking, nicknames are shown through Moneydance+ given they do not give away any really useful information, or certainly nothing that could be used in a transaction.

Your answer is ridiculous if you put it in proper context: in order to
gain access to an account via MD+ user authentication is mandatory. In
Schwab's case, two factor authentication is required.
After such authentication it seems unnecessary--even ridiculous--to erect
further barriers to the use of your app.

Unfortunately Moneydance+ can only display the information that is sent to it from your bank, so I don't think there's more details for the program to give. One thing some customers seem to be able to do is log into their bank's website and change the name of their accounts, for banks that allow either changing the name, or assigning nicknames. This sometimes seems to be transferred over into Plaid and the Moneydance+ setup.

(which I already do) it just falls into the "belt and suspenders" category.

I should tell you that v 22.3 build 4077 seems to work well. It may be
ready for prime time!
