I have a checking account at Charles Schwab bank. I am unable to download transactions using the online banking connection in MoneyDance. When I select "download transactions" I can see at the bottom of the register window displays the message "Transactions Downloading." After a few seconds, the message disappears and no new transactions appear in the register. They are not downloading. I have "reset sync" and "refreshed" the connection but still the encounter the same issue.
I am running MD version 2020.2 (1929) on a MacBook Pro with Catalina. Do you have any suggestions for how to resolve this problem?
Thank you,

Moneydance created Moneydance+ as an alternative to OFX using the aggregator Plaid.

If you wish to stay with version 2020.2 (1929) the only solution is to download CSV files from the Schwab site and import using the csv importers available. Note this will only work for non-investment accounts with Schwab. Beyond that, you'd have to enter transactions manually.

To use Plaid (i.e. MD+) you'd have to upgrade to the current version and subscribe to the MD+ service which costs $2/month (to cover what MD pays to Plaid)

Hope that helps.

dtd
