American Express not downloading - Moneydance+

I have a connection to download Amex transactions that has stopped working. Showing last sync date of May 8, even after resetting and requesting all downloads since May 7. Definitely transactions that should be downloaded.

Tried:
Refreshing connections
Resetting sync date
Re-link connection

   I'm having the same problem. Amex not downloading. Tried removing the account from MDP, resetting sync date, refreshing connection.

   Any response on this issue? Amex needs to be re-linked every 4-5 days, and never downloads transactions.

   Can I use the old .ofx method of downloading amex transactions?

   just a user - for me Amex credit cards work via OFX. I have not moved anything from OFX to MD+ that works in OFX as I prefer OFX if available.

   Amexing SAVINGS accounts do not work with OFX and never have. I have my Amex Savings account working with MD+

   Is it possible to re-create an OFX connection? Every time I click “set up
   online banking@, I am taken to the Moneydance plus page.
