Chase - Will not download
I download transactions from Chase and Citibank. Both have always worked (for years). I tried Moneydance+, but did see much benefit for what I do. So, I unsubscribed; however, I lost connection to Chase checking and cannot re-establish? When I go to Online ==> Set Up Online Banking, it brings us the Moneydance+ window. My Citibank credit cards show a link to the right accounts but Chase does not.
I've tried everything I know to try. Can you help?

Hi Scott,
Before you can re-connect to Chase via OFX direct-connect, you must first disconnect Moneydance+ from Chase.

Here is what it looks like.
When I choose Online ==> Set Up Online Banking, the same screen appears?

I clicked on Expired, Please Re-link to right off Chase. Then, I chose disconnect. Here is the result.
