Bill pay issue with at least a ten year history

I've complained several times before about online bill pay with BB&T (now Turist) whereby the transaction must be posted multiple times (as many as 11) before it registers. I've sent logs twice with no success or response to the issue.

Every time I try topmost a bill (selected via the summary page reminders) I get an error then resend and finally get the list of providers from the bank to select from. I make sure the correct account is selected and hit submit. What happens next is an error message. I click OK and get another dialog box that is COMPLETELY empty. I hit the close box for the dialog (I'm using the latest MacOS), it goes away, and the first error dialog appears AGAIN. I repeat this loop up to 11 times. Finally, the transaction is completed.

I was browsing this forum and found an almost identical complaint about PNC in 2010. As I said, I've sent longs as you requested the first two times I've complained. It takes awhile to redact all the account info so I'm really hesitant to send logs again.

Is there any way this issue can be resolved? Am I the only one with this issue? I like MoneyDance especially now that MoneyDance+ handles investments but this issue has plagued me for several years now and really annoying.
