Data not being Downloaded
I get the message "The given customer IDS or PIN is not valid. For more information, contact your financial institution. Additional information from the server: Signon (for example, user ID or password) invalid."
Since the User ID is my SSN and the password has not been changed I am puzzled and my financial institution says they can't help with this. Can you?
