USAA
The new upgrade 2022.4 (4087), talks about added banks, does it fix the problem with USAA banking? If not, does the upgrade break current (temp) solution and require re configuring again?

The USAA problem (OFX) has been fixed for well over a year. Months ago, there was a change made in Moneydance to make the fix (which is currently in Toolbox) simpler than many other fixes that Toolbox has also implemented.
Once put into place successfully, the fix has never needed reconfiguring. I still use the fix I installed on February 16, 2021.
So the current solution is not a (temp). Sean has stated that there are much higher priorities and he sees little reason to to do anything other than what is in place now.
The upgrade does not break the USAA toolbox soluton, as the solution is simply to insert the special client_id number, username, and password that you grab from the USAA website.

Most of the added banks are in Moneydance+ not in OFX.
If you are referring to USAA through MD+, nothing has ever been broken there, so I don't know what you mean about a temp fix if you mean MD+
