Credit card balance incorrect in left summary panel

In the left side summary panel one particular credit card incorrectly shows a balance of $0.00. The account (ledger) window displays the correct amount. This has been ongoing for many months. How can I fix this?

P.S. Perhaps related is that this particular account generates a connection error window under the "Download All Accounts" command but not under "Download [this account] Transactions".

    Hi Brent

    It sounds like the account has been set to inactive.

    Highlight the account in the Side Bar, list on left and click ACCOUNT – EDIT ACCOUNT and ensure the INACTIVE box is unticked
