I'm trying to move my American Express accounts from MDP+ back to Direct Connect.

The instructions at "https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/online-banking-and-bill-pay/d..." (updated May 11, 2022) state that I should click "Online ->Set Up Online Banking->Connect to OFX Service".

When I click "Online ->Set Up Online Banking", the "Connect to Moneydance+" dialog is shown, not the "Online Banking Signup" dialog as shown on the instructions page. Screenshot attached of the dialog title.

Is there a way to use BOTH MDP+ and OFX (as in, some accounts download via MDP+, and others download via Direct Connect)?

Using 2022.4 (4087) on MacBook Pro.

If you click on an account that has no online banking setup on the left sidebar, then the online banking setup menu gives you both options to choose from.

Thanks for that. I removed American Express from MD+, but if I select my Amex account and click "Online -> Setup Online Banking", I am not given the option of setting up Direct Connect. I'm just taken to the "Set Up Moneydance+" dialog.

Is there a setting that you're aware of that can be "blown out" using Toolbox that will cause Moneydance to show me the "Setup Online Banking" dialog?

    Thank you again.

Answered my own question. Used Toolbox, used "Cleanup missing Online Banking Links". This fixed it.

Stuart, thank you very much for such a great tool!
