MoneyDance online with plaid has an error

I tried and signed into each of my accounts with Plaid, given confirmation from the bank I chose to share with Plaid.

When I try to see any of the things, I get errors. Attached screen grab

    Hi Sean,

    We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.

    In order to fix the error that you are seeing you should navigate to the Online>Setup Moneydance + menu and look in the connections list.
    When you see "no name" listed, you should disconnect it and restart Moneydance.

    Ok!
    All loaded and I’ve been going through my transactions.
    What should I do with transfers to and from accounts or payment to credit cards from a linked bank account?

    I thought just point to the other account but it seems to duplicate it? Or I need to point the other transaction to the account opposite?

    Like if I transfer 100$.
    One shows credit and calls the account
    The other shows debit and also references the first account?

    If you’re transferring funds between accounts, such as from a checking account to a savings account or a payment to a credit card, enter the “other” account in the Category field as outlined here.

    It might also be useful referring you to to this article about Credit Card Accounts.
