Citi Linking Issue

Hello!

I'm having an issue with one of my connected online banks...Citi. I tried a couple things to get it to relink, but I may have made things worse. :(

In the first attached screenshot, you can see there are two 'no name' entries. They can't be re-linked (I tried).

In the second attached screenshot, you can see that two of my Citi need to be relinked. When I click on the 're-link' button, it pulls up the web page and then says 'your account has been successfully relinked", but when I try to download transactions it says it needs to be relinked again,

Is there some way to fix this with the Toolbox extension (I already have that installed).

If so, how do I fix it?

Make sure you have the latest toolbox. Enable advanced mode. Online banking tools. Try the "Force MD+ name cache & access tokens rebuild" option...

    Stuart,

Oof...that didn't work! After running that, ALL of my online accounts
say 'no name'. Good thing I made a backup first. :)

    Any other ideas?

It should be fine, that’s normal to start with. Assuming you have a valid subscription then restarting MD should rebuild the list. Might take a few minutes. Try the refresh button. I would expect the two that say expired to be fine. However, the first two that you are having problems with may indicate a ‘deeper’ problem.

Take a backup, try it again, wait, restart, wait, then click refresh.

Ah, I see. I re-ran it, and, yes, it's looking good now. I was even able to get rid of the two 'no name' entries by disconnecting them, waiting, restarting.

    Thanks for your help, Stuart!
