Import of csv file
Hello, I ticked the csv extension when upgrading Moneydance and now when I export bank transactions, it is trying to import them directly into Moneydance. I want to work on the bank transactions before import to Moneydance, how do I stop the automatic import?

I'm a fellow user.
It sounds like you set to associate CSV files with Moneydance when you installed the software.
To change this you need to do so at the Operating System level, it is not something that is changed within Moneydance.
The following sites have instructions for how to change file associations for the indicated Operating System.
Windows

Mac

Linux
Depends on Distribution and Display manager used.

Another possibility is that your web browser is automatically doing this. In the same way that it may automatically open a PDF in your default reader instead of saving it, it may be automatically trying to open CSV files with the default program you selected (Moneydance). You'd need to change the setting for this within your browser, the instructions for which vary depending on which one you are using. You can also likely bypass this by right clicking on the file download link and choosing to save the file to your system, instead of whatever the current settings are.
