Moneydance + trying to use. lists bank as NO NAME and I cannot sync or even disconnect the account called NO NAME

It does not seem to work. Using the Plaid interface I enter my acces details. It loads as if it is all working. It send me a message listing multiple accounts which I say OK to.
Then back to accoiunts and it does not show my bank name it shows the words NO NAME and wont let me re sync or even disconnect the account. Now I have 2 accounts listed as NO NAME

    Maybe it has something to do with the 2 factor authentication from my bank as I get multiple texts from my bank but there is no way to authorize and enter the code

    If clicking disconnect, then refresh, then wait, then restart MD, then refresh does not clear the no names then you can do this.

    Backup first.

    Install/run toolbox extension. Enable advanced mode. Click ‘ Force MD+ name cache & access tokens rebuild’. You might then need to restart.

    Ok, I had to update the toolbox and it worked.
    So now i was able to connect my accounts using moneydance+

    I have 2 different bank accounts.... one of them works penfed
    but the other one keeps gemerating an error see screenshot becu

    I do understand that discussion has morphed from a QFX issue from my bank to a Moneydance+ using plaid issue. But I need to download my activity asap. So I would be happy to use either one of the methods.
    I signed up for the free trial on moneydance+ thinking it would resolve my issue.
    But it has not.
    Please help

    I kept getting the try again later and since the free trial is only 7 days I decided to cancel and not get charged for something I am not sure will work.
    I contacted my bank BECU and they informed me that the QFX multiple account server was shut off due to security issues. They do not know if they will be restarting it any time soon. Wondering if this is affecting Moneydance+ downloads? How would I know if this is the issue or if the Moneydance+ would work around this?
    I really am at a loss as to what to do Help please
