This problem has been going on for over a week and your customer service is very bad. I want my money back for the new version

Hi Richard,
It looks like we were helping you on this thread (https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/discussions/problems/81859-cant-...) but then you closed it, which is the way to indicate the issue has been resolved. That's why you weren't receiving further messages from support staff. Is the issue the same as last described on that thread (the same error), or is there new information to add?
