USAA...again
I went through all the USAA shenanigans a year or so ago, successfully got the script fix working, and it's been ticking along merrily since then.
Starting this morning, however, none of my accounts will download - I get a 2000 error for each one.
Has anything changed on the USAA side, have they implemented something to prevent the workaround from functioning?

I would wait and try again later. Don’t change anything. If fails, wait and try later. Repeat.

I've got the same error today (13 July 2022).
Last time I had this error (many months ago) I foolishly deleted the connection to USAA & re-created it over & over to no avail.
Patience is a virtue (unless USAA have actually changed something!)

I downloaded USAA today with no problems. As Stuart says, both 2000 and 503 errors are often temporary.
Leave things alone for now, and report back if it doesn't fix itself within a day or two.
THEN, we start looking at if everyone is having the problem and if something has changed.

Seems like all is working now. I'd had a couple incidents of a single account not syncing but this was the first time since The Big Fix that all accounts threw a 2000 error.
Oh USAA, you so wacky.

Down again this morning (07/19) for me. All my USAA accounts error out.

As of this time stamp for me:
USAA Checking Downloaded
USAA Credit Card threw a 2000 error.
I waited two minutes, then attempted to download the Credit Card (only) again.
It Downloaded.

Yes all accounts now working for me. Sure wish I knew what USAA is up to these days.

My USAA downloads have stopped working as well. I have even tried upgrading to the 2022 MD version and ran the script process via the toolbox again just to make sure there were no input errors on my part. Nothing seems to be working now. So frustrating! Are there additional issues with the newest version of MD as well?

My point, for USAA or BECU or all the other institutions that suddenly throw a 503 or 2000 error: doing something yourself by changing Moneydance is more likely to break something that isn't broken, and it won't fix the problem - as the problem is due to the bank, NOT due to Moneydance.
As of this message time stamp, all my USAA accounts are downloading properly.
If your problem persists for a day or two - then report the problem.
