<p>Moneydance supports downloads from Chase using Direct Connect, whether Chase supports Bill Pay via Direct Connect is something I will have to leave to others to comment on.</p>
<p>Pretty much all Personal Finance software vendors store the data in proprietary format files, Quicken is no exception. As such it is generally necessary to use that program to export the raw transaction data into one (preferably) or more QIF files, these Moneydance can import.</p>
