Fidelity Investments Bill Payment

I'm unable to setup Bill Payment via Moneydance 2022.4 (4087).

I've got "Online Banking" (downloading of transactions) working OK, but I can't setup "Bill Payment" (have Fidelity send checks).

It's a "Cash Management Account' (their version of a checking account).

When I set it up in MD as an "Investment" account I can do Online Banking, but Online > Setup Online Bill Payment is greyed out in the MD drop-down menu.

When I set it up in MD as a "Bank" account I can do Online > Setup Online Bill Payment, I choose "Fidelity Investments" as the institution, then click "Next>>>" on the account name screen. I put in the correct User ID and Password and MD takes me to the "Online Bill Payment Signup" screen. It says "Please choose the account that you wish to use:", then offers "Online Banking" and "Bill Payment".

But both options are greyed out. All I can do at that point is "Cancel" or "Back". (see attached snapshot)

Please advise!
