Downloading transactions from Golden1 Credit Union using Moneydance+
To whom it may concern -
In the past, I've just imported Golden1 transactions from a file using their website (golden1.com, export transactions as a QFX file). I'm trying Moneydance+ (2 week trial) to download transactions instead. It works fine for my AmEx account but not for Golden1. An error window pops up with the following:

Bank Name: Golden 1 Credit Union
Account: Checking - G1
Account Number: 2008760=9
A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: java.net.UnknownHostException: homebanking.golden1.com
------------------------------
The host it should be connecting to is golden1.com, not homebanking.golden1.com.
How do I fix this? If it can't be fixed, I'll have to cancel the Moneydance+ trial subscription and go back to the old way of importing transactions (or, switch to Quicken).

Hi Bill,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Could you try upgrading to the latest preview version? This should hopefully fix the problem for you.
Moneydance 2022.5 (4089) is now available to download from this page. This is a free upgrade for you!
You should remove or choose to overwrite the older version and restart Moneydance!
Finally, navigate to Online menu->Moneydance+ Set up and where it reads "Connected" on the right, click and select disconnect in the popup. Then try to recreate the connection as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base called Connect Accounts with Moneydance+.
