"no name" bank unable to be removed

In MD+ I have an orphaned account "no name" that I can't seem to get rid of.
Attempting to remove it results in the attached error. I tried to install the Toolbox extension but I'm not able to find the fix/rebuild MD+ cache in Advanced. Any tips would be appreciated.

    Have you actually installed Toolbox? Menu, Extensions, Toolbox, Install.. Make sure you upgrade to latest 1052 build..

    Then Extensions, Toolbox.. Click Toolbox Options, top-left, enable advanced mode. Then Click Online Banking (OFX) Tools menu. Then the option is there - see screenshot.

    However, you can also try this..... Install Preview 2022.5. Then menu, Online, Setup Moneydance+, then click REFRESH, then wait, then restart MD... Go back to MD+ setup, has it gone now?

    Thanks for the screenshot. Unfortunately neither the rebuild nor the preview build solved the problem, it is still there.

    You are on preview 2022.5, yes? Please send whole console, not just a section. Best to attach it as a txt file.

    Try this
    Setup md+, refresh, wait. Restart MD.
    Repeat this 3 times
    Is the No name still there?

    I tried the restart/refresh 3 times, no change. Log is attached!

    OK, well clearly the various refresh methods are not working. I think the developer needs to look at this.

    @Maddy it looks like this is an uncoded / untrapped Plaid response/error:

    'ITEM_ERROR'
    
    'The Item you requested cannot be found. This Item does not exist, has been previously removed via /item/remove, or has had access removed by the user.'
    

    What I don't understand is why the forced (new) Refresh is not clearing it out...

    I think this is one for Sean to comment on....

    @Jason - aghhhh - this is the first question I should have asked.... Have you gone to Online, Setup Moneydance+ and clicked the button on the far right of the "no name" item and then selected disconnect? After doing this, then Refresh, then close and reopen the MD+ setup window... Any joy?

    Jason, I'm having the same issue. I followed Stuart Beesley's suggestions, and I'm still having the 'no name' bank issue. Hopefully, Moneydance support will respond soon.

    Yes. Toolbox won’t fix the no name issue in this instance. The error you are seeing is now common to a number of users.

    If using preview 2022.5, and disconnect and then refresh doesn’t work, then it needs IK technical support to address / provide a solution. The reason toolbox cannot fix is because the tokens are pulled down/refreshed from the IK servers and as you would expect, toolbox cannot access these.

    Hm k let's hope we hear from support, as now this preview build is actually MORE annoying.. I leave it open and it seems to refresh in the background, and now displays the OP errors several times throughout the day.
    I will come back to my desktop later and have to clear several stacked error windows. This didn't happen in the latest public release.

    I did download and install the toolbox update. I'm on 2022.5 but the option Force Disconnect an MD+ Connection is grayed out. I cannot check that radio button. I opened MD in administrator mode, and still no luck. I must be missing something, but I can't seem to figure it out. Any suggestions are appreciated.
