Fidelity - problem setting up online banking
Note: this is regarding the "classic" OFX download, not Moneydance+
I'm having trouble setting up a connection with Fidelity to download transactions from my money management account. I've tried "Setup Online Banking" -> "Connect to OFX Service" -> Fidelity Investments, then input a username & password. I then get the window that should let me choose an account; however, the account dropdowns are blank and I am unable to proceed (See screenshot)
I've tried using Moneydance toolbox to clear the saved connection but this hasn't helped.
Any suggestions?

Here are the relevant lines from the console log. (I redacted cookies, account numbers, and other possibly sensitive information). Looks like it successfully connected and successfully identified my four investment accounts, so not sure why I get the blank screen.
One possible thought: I'm trying to download transactions from my money management account in Fidelity to a Moneydance account that's identified as a checking account. Is it possible that the transaction is coming through somehow as an "Investment" type and thus moneydance is not finding any "Bank Account" to link to?

I can't see any obvious errors (but you have redacted account information).. Are all your accounts enabled for OFX downloads (via Quicken) with the bank?
It's communicating fine...

I found the problem: it was what I suspected; namely, I had the Fidelity account defined in Moneydance as a "Bank", not an Investment Account. When I created a new account as an Investment and tried downloading, it worked fine.
